Sam and the team at S&W. We really appreciate all the care you gave to our mum in the final days of her life. You treated her with dignity and compassion and your humour carried us all through (not to mention the doggie treats).
Thank you so much to all the dedicated carers. Not only did you all provide amazing care, but you did it with compassion, genuine love, and humour. With your care we were able to give Mario his wish of being at home with his family.
To Sam and the girls. Thank you for your kindness with Carol, you all made her last few weeks and days more bearable in her darkest times. Sam, you could always lift her spirts. Thank you.
To Sam. Just a little thank you for looking after our Faith. We will always be very grateful for the care and support you gave Faith and the rest of the family. You girls will always have a place in our hearts, and to quote Anne ‘I will love those girls for the rest of my life! You definitely made Faith’s last weeks better and loved you too.
The family would like to thank S&W for the care and kindness shown to Dad over these last few years. He looked forward to seeing ‘his ladies’ and they became his friends. We really did appreciate S&W, so should the Buxton community.
Sam & all the wonderful ladies who helped care for Dad in the past year. We just want to say a huge Thank You! We really do not know what we would have done without you all. When we first mentioned Carers to Dad, let’s just say he wasn’t very On-board with the idea… Within weeks though, we knew we had made the right choice because he loved you all very much. You gave him the banter he craved and the care he needed, and we will always be grateful!
Whilst mum has been so poorly, you have all been fantastic. Thank you for all your help. It really has put my mind at rest knowing you are going morning and night.
Just a little card to try and show how much I appreciate everything you have done for my Grandma and Grandad. I can not thank you enough for all your time, care, kindness, respect and more. Thank you so much.
To the lovely, caring, and warm-hearted ladies who made my husband Jim’s final days comfortable, bearable and showed such humanity towards Jim and myself. Words are not enough. Thank you so much girls.
Our love and thanks to you all for your dedicated care and professionalism shown to Granny over the years. As a family we’ve always had the greatest confidence that Granny was safe and loved by you all, she loved you in return.
Thank you all for the care, love and respect to Maurice and myself over the past 10 months. You helped our family and myself to keep him at home. Thank them so much for coming down to give Maurice the send off he deserved. I miss you all.
Thank you for the wonderful care you gave to Peter at the end of his life. Peter and his family were very fond of all his carers. They all provided exceptional service and made the whole process very easy. Wish you all a life filled with good health and peace.
Thank you for the wonderful care you provided for Mum. All of the staff who attended Mum were friendly and caring, ensuring Mum was looking and feeling the best she could under the circumstances. We will always be grateful for your help in keeping Mum home with us which was what we all wanted.
I would just like to say thanks to your staff for the support they gave to me after I came out of hospital. I appreciate what they did for me and their kindness.
Thank your girls for the joy and laughter they brought with them on their calls. They always managed to bring a smile to Chris's face through some difficult times. It is somewhat empty in the house now but I have good memories of your visits. I won't forget the time that the girls walked from New Mills to Hayfield in the snow to avoid getting stuck in the car. Also on the last day of Chris's life how she was cared for and put in a painless position in bed so that she had a peaceful departure. Thank you so much again.
Just a little note to say a massive thank you for stepping in when you did. The difference you made can't be put into words. It enabled me to care for my mum and grant her wishes which were to die in her own home surrounded by her own familiar 'bits and bobs'. The difference your care made is something I will always remember. If only there were more people like you that actually listen. Keep up the good work - the people out there need you.
I would just like to send my sincere thanks to you and your team at S&W care, because of your team and the expertise you provided we were able to bring Alice, my wife home for the final week of her life, something that she was really apprehensive and worried about. However the conduct and skills of the team at S&W care settled all her fears and worries, for which I am forever grateful. Many thanks to all involved in Alice's care at a very difficult time.
Last week I was talking to the daughter-in-law of a patient referred to me. She was very appreciative of the support from S&W care agency. The daughter-in-law told me that the carers looking after her mother in law were 'lovely'. The patient was approaching the end of her life and the daughter-in-law was very close to the patient. She said the carers were very caring and supportive at such a distressing time. In social care and healthcare there can be a lot of criticism and negatives but I firmly believe that we should celebrate the many positives when we hear them. Well done to the carers involved in this case. 'You made a difference'.
Thank you so much girls for the work you have done & hopefully will for a while longer. It is not just the great work you do it's the way you go about it. Mum + Dad love the chat, it has been a blast for us to get to know you, take care.
